2. For better results make sure your file is a PNG file & also follow the right dimensions as directed per garment.

What is a PNG file?

Is a Portable Network Graphic (PNG) file format is ideal for digital art (flat images, logos, icons, etc.), and uses 24-bit color as a foundation. The ability to use a transparency channel increases the versatility of this file type.

This PNG file type is used to knock out the background and focus on the artwork alone.
